Responsibilities: 1. Serve as first-level support for product issues, communicate with customers and provide support 2. As the interface between customers and products, control dispatched customer issues. 3. Provide service and customer support during site visits or dispatches and diagnose errors or technical issues. 4. Provide support and contribute service solutions to our customers and support project management during commissioning and on-site acceptance services to ensure implementation of software delivery and upgrades 5. Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis of technical issues involving solar and storage assets, tracking issues until resolution 6. Responsible for warranty claims for various solar and storage technologies 7. Coordinate interactions with the maintenance team to ensure proactive maintenance approach, fault finding and best industry practices 8. Ensure operational processes, working practices, methods and procedures are regularly reviewed and evaluated for continuous improvement 9. Work to triage or troubleshoot issues within assigned area Requirements: 1. Successful completion of Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Renewable energy or related Engineering fields 2. At least three years’ engineering or operational experience in European renewable energy markets 3. Proficient in various software packages preferred, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PVsyst 4. Proficient in various solar and storage technologies preferred, including photovoltaic modules, BESS modules, inverters and trackers 5. Proficient in SCADA, EMS and BMS systems are preferred 6. Have experience in dealing with problems, have good communication skills, and be willing to travel frequently 7. English language proficiency at least C1 level 8. Battery storage solutions experience are preferred 9. Experience in dealing with customers in critical situations preferred
